I am pleased to write this interior design Singapore review to highlight the excellent work and level of professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Justin Ong and his team during the renovation of my home between August and September 2008.
From my first meeting with Justin when we conceptualized the extent of renovation that would be required, he had demonstrated a sound understanding of my needs and requirements. He offered excellent ideas and suggestions on the design and layout and more importantly on how to keep my renovation costs down. I found that this had been sorely lacking in some of the other Interior design companies/designers that I had spoken with prior to meeting with Justin at Weiken.
Throughout the entire process, Justin from Weiken was deliberate and meticulous in ensuring that all aspects of the work were carried out correctly and to specifications, as well as ensuring that the timeline for the completion of the renovation works was adhered to. He was readily available for consultation throughout the entire process and every patient and accommodating in making changes that I had requested at the last minute, and in some cases making changes even after parts of the job were done.
His after sales service has also been first class. Following the completion of my renovation, when I was having some difficulties with my air-condition, Justin was most helpful in expediting my repair work, even though it was beyond his responsibility and job scope. There were other instances too where he went beyond what was required or expected to assist me.
I was very fortunate to have Justin project manage my renovation works and I am most pleased to give him highest recommendation. He has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and patient. He takes pride in his work, and in all instances has placed his client needs above all else.
To conclude, I would like to add that the excellent job done by Justin has resulted in my home being featured in Weiken interior design magazines, as well receiving numerous compliments from all who have visited my home.
